National Educational Visits
Conference 2026
On 11 June, hundreds of delegates arrived at the British
Library in London for the National Educational Visits
Conference 2026. Attendees from across the country
enjoyed a day packed with inspiration and expert advice,
including workshops on a wide range of subjects from
positive behavioural strategies, critical incident response,
safety and safeguarding abroad and smarter visit

Provider accreditations
now on Kaddi
EVOLVE new feature:
Ofsted Enrichment Purposes
Kaddi.com, the online school trip directory, now features
provider accreditations and memberships such as
AALA licences and AAIAC Adventuremark directly on its
listing pages, making it easier for schools to see where
educational visits providers have achieved appropriate
and relevant awards.
You can now choose from the five Ofsted Enrichment
Entitlement Purposes when selecting your visit
purposes in EVOLVE. EVOLVE Advice clients now
have this feature enabled by default.
Important safety recall:
first-aid wipes
The UK Health Security Agency has issued a recall notice
for certain non-sterile alcohol-free wipes due to cases of
Burkholderia stabilis infection being detected. Check your
first-aid kit and replace if needed.
Burkholderia is a bacteria that rarely causes harm in
healthy people but sometimes causes serious infections,
particularly for those with certain medical conditions.

reviewed and verified by the Kaddi team before being
published on the website, bringing this information into
one central place for the first time.
Ofsted will consider how schools are meeting
these enrichment expectations in its assessment
of personal development. EVOLVE already has a
comprehensive list of visit purposes, but it’s now
even easier for you to map your visit activities
directly to the five key areas being assessed
by Ofsted.
