There is a not-so-small elephant in the room in many conversations we have
with schools… budgets and affordability.
With the cost of living increasing, parents, schools and providers have all seen a rise in expenses,
such as food and energy. At the same time, demands on providers have continued to grow.
Schools rightly expect providers to invest in staff, safety, safeguarding, training and ongoing centre
development, but this doesn't come cheap.
